Reservations for the studio - concluding a rental agreement - can be made by phone at +48 511 311 164, by email at biuro@studiostawki.com, on the website, or through our social media accounts: Facebook and Instagram. Remember to receive a booking confirmation.
The studio is rented for the declared hours, or from check-in to check-out - the studio rental fee is charged after the service is completed, based on the full hours started at an hourly rate - according to the price list available for download at studiostawki.com.
The studio charges additional fees for the use of photographic backdrops, the rental of additional photographic and filming equipment (film lighting, cameras), cancellations (less than 48 hours before the rental period), and damage to items such as cycloramas.
Cancellations are free of charge, provided we are notified at least 48 hours before the rental. Cancellations up to 24 hours before the session will result in a 100% cancellation fee, while cancellations made up to 48 hours before the session will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Please note that you must also receive confirmation of your cancellation - we operate 24/7, so you can call (text) any time, day or night, without hesitation.
Additional studio rental time - ask the studio assistant about this option. If later times are not booked, you will be able to extend your rental. At Studio Stawki, we allow 1 hour between bookings, unless otherwise agreed.
Safety is paramount. We adhere to all health and safety and fire safety regulations at the studio. Therefore, please follow the studio staff's instructions, especially when moving around the cyclorama. The rental person is responsible for any damage caused by anyone in the studio.
An assistant is always present in the studio to assist with the operation of the equipment.
Smoking is prohibited in the studio - tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and tobacco heaters. Alcohol consumption is also prohibited.
Dust-producing or flammable materials, colored dyes, etc., may not be used in the studio without consulting the staff.
