We are glad you found us - it looks like we have at least one passion in common. A passion for photography.

Stawki is a professional photography and film studio for rent with a total area of ​​112m2, equipped with a corner cyclorama. Photographers will certainly appreciate the 10.5-meter setback, filmmakers the 5.5-meter height and stylists the proximity to a large shopping center. Although it is located in the center of Warsaw, the studio itself is located on a quiet street, which ensures silence necessary for film sessions, for example. The studio also rents out photographic and film equipment.

The rental price includes professional studio service, photographic equipment (flashlights and a full range of modifiers), super-fast wifi, parking, excellent coffee and tea.

For an additional fee, we offer film lighting, as well as the help of a professional lighting technician (over 15 years of experience in the industry).

How do you rent a Studio Stawki?

Studio reservations can be made by phone +48 511 311 164, e-mail: biuro@studiostawki.com or using your social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram. Be sure to get a confirmation of your reservation.

What are the additional fees for a photography studio?

In our studio, we only charge additional fees for wear and tear of photographic backgrounds, rental of additional photographic and film equipment (film lighting, cameras and camcorders), cancellation of the reservation (less than 48 hours before the start of the rental) and damage to e.g. cyclorama.

Does booking a photography studio require additional fees?

No - we do not charge in advance.

How is the studio fee calculated?

The fee is charged for the time reserved or from the time you enter the studio, and the extension is charged for each hour started until you leave the studio.

What is the time frame for confirming the initial reservation?

For each/every one of us, information about work deadlines is very important, so respecting all our clients - initial bookings will be cancelled - after information by phone or email, 5 days before the rental date.

How much does it cost to cancel a reservation?

Cancellations are free of charge as long as we are informed at least 48 hours before the rental. In case of cancellation up to 24h before the session, we charge 100% fee, while cancellation one day before (up to 48h) 50%. Remember that it is also necessary to receive a confirmation of the cancellation - we work 24/7 so you can call (text) at any time of the day or night.

What if the photo shoot gets extended?

If you would like to purchase additional studio rental time - please ask the studio assistant about this option. If later hours are not booked, you will be able to extend your rental. At Studio Stawki we always have a time reserve of 1 hour between bookings.

I'm planning a photo shoot. What can we do?

Use of photography studio requires a reservation. We will also help you with all organizational matters related to the production (catering, photographer, models, makeup, stylists or equipment rental).

Can you recommend good photographers, makeup artists and stylists?

Yes, we work with photographers, makeup artists and stylists that we can recommend.

What responsibility does renting a studio come with?

The most important thing is safety. In the studio, we apply all safety and fire regulations. Therefore, please follow the recommendations of studio staff - this applies especially to moving around the cyclorama. The person renting is responsible for any damage caused by persons in the studio.

What if something breaks down?

All faults beyond your control are our concern. Remember, if something breaks or you think it is malfunctioning, please let us know immediately. In case of failure, we can replace any equipment in the studio.

When can I start working in the studio?

The assistant is in the studio, 15 minutes before your reservation begins.

Will someone from the staff be present?

Yes, there is always an assistant present in the studio to help with equipment.

What are the dimensions of the cyclorama?

The cyclorama is cornered and is 5.5 meters wide and deep, the height is 5 meters and the departure is 10.5 meters.

Do you have cardboard and fabric backgrounds available in the studio?

Yes, we have a very large selection of backgrounds (from the BD and Colorama palette), and there are also fabric backgrounds available.

Are there makeup stations in the studio?

Yes, we have two available with full LED lighting with a color temperature of 5500 Kelvin (daylight).

Is there an iron in the studio?

Yes we have an iron with ironing board and clothes steamer.

Are drinks available in the studio?

Yes, you are welcome to use the coffee maker, we also have tea and filtered water.

Is there a kitchen in the studio?

The studio is equipped with a small induction hob, microwave, all kinds of cutlery and plates.

How to enter the studio?

The studio is located at 11 Inflancka Street in Warsaw. You can enter the studio directly from the street. The studio is located on the ground floor and is fully accessible for the disabled.

Is parking available at the studio?

Yes, we have one parking space in a closed parking lot. There is also usually no problem to park on the street in front of the studio.

Do I need to clean up after the session?

No, this will be handled by our assistant.

Is it possible to take photos for documents at Studio Stawki?

No.

Can you make prints of your photos in the studio?

No, but we can recommend a very good place to get your prints made.

Are there any prohibitions?

Yes, smoking is prohibited in the studio - tobacco products, e-cigarettes and tobacco warmers, also we do not allow alcohol.

Extensive equipment, consisting of Quadralite, Godox, Nanlite and Profoto flashes, professional equipment by Manfrotto, Avenger and Lastolite. Corner cyclamen measuring 6 meters by 6 meters by 5.5 meters (width by depth by height), large selection of cardboard backgrounds from Colorama and BD pallets - over 20 different colors, also available fabric backgrounds, three-phase connection with a total power of 20 kW, make-up stations with neutral LED lighting, air conditioning and private guarded parking.
